Metalwork room with a 3.8 second reverberation (echo) that's noisy by any standards
Sound Absorption Panels were fixed to available wall space and suspended from stay wires, which were chemically achored to adjacent walls. Resulting in a reverb reduction from 3.8 to under 1 second.
We had the good fortune to meet the Metalwork teacher prior to the Installation, giving us a real sense of how Difficult it was for him to teach in this classroom.
This class could NOT be used for Theory, the teacher would have to find a vacant class for this purpose.
Hearing Fire Alarms was also a problem.
